Tapes and transcripts (ca. 50% are transcribed) of 221 oral history interviews conducted by the Bronx Regional and Community History Institute with residents of Bronx neighborhoods including Williamsbridge, South Bronx, Fordham, Clason Point, Tremont, Riverdale, and others. Interviewees are largely older people, with some contemporary local politicians such as Robert Abrams, Mario Biaggi, Oliver Koppel, and other community leaders. Discussions center around interviewee's lives in their respective neighborhoods.
